VCU Technology Services is very excited to be installing a modern, state-of-the-art telecommunications system for University phone users. This new, innovative technology, known as Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP, will enhance phone services for all faculty and staff, including new phone sets, separate lines and voicemail for everyone (to just name a few)!

Features of the new system include:
